March 17 & 18 Service Opportunity
Here is a list of specific tasks needed for the RBC Outreach. Please contact Pastor Aaron in the church office if you can help.
FRIDAY NIGHT MEAL
- 4-5 people (or a family) to transport & serve the food at the ABS House in Nac @ 6pm
- Someone to oversee the collection of the food provided below: _
- Provide Meat (main dish): Adam Jarvis will provide brisket
- Provide 1 Large side: _
1 Large side: __
- 1 Large side: Lea Jarvis – potato salad
- 1 Large dessert: Bethany Oliver
1 Large dessert: Linda Stout
- 4 gallons of Sw/Unsw tea – Lea Jarvis
SATURDAY OUTREACH
- Someone to load/transport 6 canopies & 6 tables from Keltys to McCrimmon Park in Nac
- Someone to transport large GAS GRILL to McCrimmon Park (John Jordan will be smoking ribs, but needs a gas grill to keep them warm)
- 10a-12p: 3-4 people to help SET UP park event
- 4p-5p: 3-4 people to help TEAR DOWN park event
- 12p-4p: 6-8 people to help man kids events (bounce houses, etc.)
